2007 Foris Chardonnay2007 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay
Aromas of Bartlett pear and Gala apples are lifted by tropical notes of guava and papaya. Juicy pear and apple flavors follow the aromas, creating a crisp and refreshing mid palate with lingering spice flavors, finishing with a subtle minerality.

@ $11.00

2006 Gewurztraminer2006 Gewurztraminer
Bees wax, lemon peel and lychee nuts. Mid-weight, bright and clearly focused. Very spicy in the Gewurzy sense. Does not show any obvious sweetness, just well ripened fruit. Complex, though not subtle. Plenty of acid, but still mouthfilling and complete.

@ $13.50

2007 Fly Over White2007 Fly Over White
Subtle aromas of bananas and citrus woven amid wet river rocks and minerals. Melange of citrus and melon on the palate, reminds me of the musque clone of Sauvignon Blanc. A fascinating mineral streak overlaid with lime and peaches. Light to medium bodied; crisp, focusing acidity.

@ $13.50

2008 Pinot Blanc2008 Pinot Blanc
Distinctive aromatics of dried pineapple, tangerine and Five Spice followed by flavors of Asian pear, Casaba melon and green apple create a mouthwatering tension between ripe fruit and crisp acidity. A trailing wet-stone minerality and slight toasty-yeasty aftertaste adds another dimension of complexity. Youthful and tightly wound, give this wine a light chill and enjoy as a refreshing summer white, or let it develop addition complexity with a couple more years of bottle age.

@ $13.50

2007 Pinot Gris2007 Pinot Gris
Starts with bright aromas of grapefruit and stone fruits. Medium bodied with a soft acidity, but still racy, even spicy. Minerals, lime and a tight core of tangerines on the palate. More citrus throughout the mouthwatering finish. Crisp and refreshing, it should make beautiful drinking throughout the spring and summer.

@ $13.50

2007 Riesling2007 Riesling
White peach, wildflowers and green apple are the primary fruit aromas with a scent of wet stone lending a mineral character. Acidity is the thread that weaves the fabric of this wine together and even with a touch of residual sugar the acidity is great enough that this wine finishes dry. The flavors are generous upon entry and mimic the aromas, yet broaden to include apricot, honey, guava, melon and a distinctive minerality on the finish.

@ $13.50

2007 Pinot Noir2007 Pinot Noir
Subtle aromas suggest darker colored fruit with tones of chocolate. Medium bodied, with subtle tannins and easy acidity. Raspberries and wild blackberries on the palate. Spice and pleasant acidity intermingle with the fruit on the long, focused finish.

Maple Ranch 2006 Pinot Noir2006 Maple Ranch Pinot Noir
Wonderful purity of fruit in the nose, red and black fruits layered with spice, cocoa and cedar aromas. Beguiling aromas, complex and ever changing in the glass. A hint of forest floor, a little touch of fine herbs, clove and allspice all add depth and complexity. While rich and full in texture, the fine tannins add structure and the wine finishes with a silky flourish of flavor.

@ $30.00

2003 Fly Over Red 2003 Fly Over Red
Medium-deep ruby color. On the nose, Cabernet Sauvignon is immediately noticeable. Spice, cedar cigar box, and cassis. On the palate the jammy merlot becomes evident, along with more spice from the cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc. Fairly complex flavors. Subtle acidity and mild tannins nicely frame the deep, jammy fruit. Long, plumy finish. Thoroughly spicy. Drinking very nicely right now. Time may further mellow it out a bit, but it is not necessary.

2004 Merlot2004 Merlot
Aromas of plum, cassis and bitter-sweet dark chocolate lead into flavors that offer hints of blackberry/chocolate syrup that is velvety smooth in texture. While rich and flavorful, the style is restrained and elegant.

@ $16.00

2004 Cabernet Sauvignon2004 Cabernet Sauvignon
Beautifully evolved aromatics of fine herbs, dark fruits and brown spices lead into a plush mouthful of flavor. After two and a half years of bottle age, this wine is starting to show its stuff! Plum, brambly blackberry, a sachet of fine herbs and very fine tannins all contribute to a rich texture and a long, satisfying finish. Our Cabernet Sauvignon shows potential for many more years of favorable development. Enjoy now and for years to come.

@ $16.00

2005 Cabernet Franc2005 Cabernet Franc
Still a youngster, our 2005 Cabernet Franc is a little closed aromatically, yet with a little time in the glass it opens to reveal high notes of blackberries and subtle floral aromas, followed by the scent of forest floor and rosemary. Medium bodied with soft tannins, generous black fruit flavors and a hint of fine herbs lasting through the finish. (May 2008)

@ $20.00

2006 Port2006 Port
100% Cabernet Sauvignon produced entirely from the impeccably farmed Del Rio Vineyard near Gold Hill in the warmer eastern reach of the Rogue Valley AVA. Very rich aromas of sweet currents and raisins continuing on the palate where they are joined by brown sugar and bright black cherries on a moderately sweet, unctuous frame balanced by a subtle acidity. Hints of tobacco and mineral. Mouthwatering, lingering finish of currants, plums and raisins. This wine requires no further bottle aging, though it will be interesting to see what happens with age.

2007 Muscat Late Harvest2007 Muscat Late Harvest
An intense aroma reminiscent of jasmine flowers and citrus blossoms, with a dash of pears poached in orange zest. The flavors of pears and honey are soft and sweet with just enough acidity to keep it on the light side for a dessert wine. Well balanced with a lingering, mouthwatering finish. An excellent aperitif, patio sipper, or partner to any fruit based dessert.

375ml @ $12.00

2008 Muscat Frissante2008 Muscat Frissanté
Citrus blossom, honeysuckle, peaches and pears create abundant fragrance that jumps out of the glass. Deliciously sweet yet delicate and lively from the effervescence, the wine is quite refreshing. While most people think of Muscat as a dessert wine, it also serves well as an aperitif and as the perfect brunch wine.
