2010 Foris Chardonnay2010 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay
An aromatic medley of nectarine, a hint of dried pineapple and papaya, baking spice and a little toasted hazelnut. Flavors of vanilla custard give the texture some richness and the tart nectarine flavors keep it trim and lively. An elegant style that is enjoyable in its youth and telegraphs many years of development in the bottle, it may be at its best three to five years from vintage.

@ $12.00

2011 Gewurztraminer2011 Gewürztraminer
Aromas of citrus blossom, rose petal, orange peel and a touch of nutmeg are aromatically enticing. Flavors of pineapple, nectarine, and a hint of cardamom are full bodied and richly textured yet restrained and lively. Gewürztraminer is fabulously expressive in its youth and ages surprisingly well.

@ $13.50

2010 Fly Over White2010 Fly Over White
The nose offers up apple blossoms and a hint of citrus while pears and a touch of stone fruits come through on the palate. The lively acidity keeps it focused and very food friendly, right through to its just-shy-of-dry finish.

@ $13.50

2011 Pinot Blanc2011 Pinot Blanc
In the nose, Gravenstein apple, wildflowers and honeycomb are interwoven with bread dough and wet stones. Medium bodied and seamless in texture from first taste through the lingering finish, balance and restraint are the hallmarks of this wine. While perhaps at its best when paired with shellfish and seafood, our Pinot Blanc is quite versatile with a wide range of foods and is ideal as an aperitif.

@ $13.50

2011 Pinot Gris2011 Pinot Gris
Aromas are a mix of pear, melon, citrus blossom and Asian spice with a hint of vanilla from the extended yeast contact in stainless steel tanks. Flavors are broad upon entry and .nd a solid backbone of support from the racy acidity.

@ $13.50

2011 Riesling2011 Riesling
While one percent residual sugar may sound sweet, the high acidity provides an illusion of dryness. Aromas of peach, apricot, wildflowers and honey transition to flavors of Granny Smith apple, kumquat and nectarine with a streak of steely acidity.

@ $13.50

2010 Pinot Noir2010 Pinot Noir
Delicate, feminine style with pretty aromas of raspberry, jasmine tea and dried orange peel followed by deeper scents of forest floor and chanterelle mushroom. Flavors broaden to include wild huckleberry, red cherries, toasted pecan and a hint of lavender. While delicate, the flavors are focused and persistent. The texture is plump upon entry and firms up with fine, dusty tannins providing the structure to age gracefully from 2013 through 2016.

@ $19.00

Maple Ranch 2009 Pinot Noir2009 Maple Ranch Pinot Noir
Focused black cherry and wild strawberries. On the palate, finely knit tannins offer the perfect foil to the multi layered flavors of fruit and earthy spice. Oak plays only a supporting role, adding subtle vanilla and spice without intruding on the wines purity.

Sorry - Sold out till 2011 vintage is ready!

2010 Fly Over Red 2010 Fly Over Red
Fly Over Red offers soft and generous flavors of blackberry, black currant and pomegranate with toasty vanilla spice and fine herbs adding complexity.

@ $13.50

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
A ripe, plush Cabernet Sauvignon with a sense of freshness that makes it very food friendly. Wild blackberries and cherry mingle nicely with a touch of fresh herbs and spice. Oak plays only a minor role in this wine, letting the quality of the fruit speak for itself.

@ $20.00

2007 Cabernet Franc2007 Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Franc is distinguished by its nose of herbs, tobacco and forest. The fruit plays a more subtle roll than in Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot and shows a touch of savory as well. While this 2007Cabernet Franc is ready to drink on its release in the fall of 2011, it still seems a little shy when the cork is first pulled. We find that as little as an hour of aeration in a decanter really brings the wine together and reveals all of its attributes.

2008 Syrah Port2008 Syrah Port
In 2008 we found ourselves presented with a small block of Syrah that had achieved a level of ripeness not often seen in these parts. The very high level of ripeness and its accompanying sugar development and small berries give depth and concentration needed to balance such a powerful wine. Two years of aging in older French oak barrels rounded out the edges, yet left intact a beautiful core of black fruits and Christmas spices. Its perfect setting in our opinion is paired with candied walnuts and a wedge of Stilton cheese.

2006 Port2006 Port
100% Cabernet Sauvignon produced entirely from the impeccably farmed Del Rio Vineyard near Gold Hill in the warmer eastern reach of the Rogue Valley AVA. Very rich aromas of sweet currents and raisins continuing on the palate where they are joined by brown sugar and bright black cherries on a moderately sweet, unctuous frame balanced by a subtle acidity. Hints of tobacco and mineral. Mouthwatering, lingering finish of currants, plums and raisins. This wine requires no further bottle aging, though it will be interesting to see what happens with age.

375ml @ $10.00

750ml @ $16.00

2011 Moscato
Peachy-floral aromas that leap from the glass, while the palate is light and lively thanks to the petulant touch of the tiny bubbles that balance out the juicy sweetness.

750ml @ $13.50

2008 Riesling Late Harvest2008 Riesling Late Harvest
Honey, apricot, figs, poached pears and clove are woven into heady aromatics and fabulous flavors. While intense and concentrated, the fine balance achieved in this wine allows the sweetness to enhance the flavors yet not overwhelm the palate with sticky sweetness. While enjoyable in its youth, for the sweet fruit character and clean finish, this unique white wine has the potential to age well and evolve into a complex and nuanced wine over many more years.
